Jim, I would like to drop you a note thanking Tropic Aire for the responsiveness, care and customer service addressing the fluctuating fan speeds. This type of customer attention is unprecedented in today's service industry. I applaud you and your team for instilling such values.
During the service call, Aaron mentioned that the blower wheel was out of balance and needed to be replaced. This is a prime example noticing a performance issue and correcting it. Although the unit may have seemed fine to myself, it was through his pursuance to make the unit work as it was designed to. That in itself spoke volumes of how an employee truly represents the company he works for and believes in it.
Of all the various components that make up a home, my investment in an HVAC through Troipic Aire has been one of the best decisions I have made. I thank you and the team at Tropic Aire for a great customer experience.
I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how happy I am with my new package unit. Jimmy showed up by himself and had the old unit out and replaced the duct before his help showed up. When Scott showed up,they worked together in the rain until it was too much, then resumed and completed the installation when it let up. I will be sure to tell my family and friends who to call with HVAC issues from now on.

Your team was absolutely outstanding and without a doubt the best workman of any type that I have ever experienced. The team working at our house was professional, thorough, immaculate in their work, and did a beautiful job with everything they touched. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction.
It's been my experience over the years that there are not many companies like yours and I just wanted to take the time to tell you and to thank you for the outstanding jod your team did at our home. We have an older home and have never had central A/C before. It has been wonderful coming home and actually have the whole house air conditioned. My wife is breathing better and sleeping better at night because of this. Scott immediately knew what the problem was after my description, and went straight to the source of the problem – a clearly faulty installation by another air conditioning company. For starters, my profound apologies for taking so long to write this. It was never my intention to let this get past me but let’s just say that life sometimes gets in the way and slows us down. Nevertheless, I had to take the time today to let you know how very much I appreciate each and every one of you.
As you recall, I was introduced to Deanna through my job and was able to assist her with a claims issue that she was having considerable problems with. Although I did assist her in getting it resolved I don’t feel that I did anything heroic but she has made me feel like I was her saving grace in the matter and that has meant a lot to me. In turn she offered that should I need any AC work to give her a call and she would be glad to take care of me. And so here we are.
There are no words that will sufficiently express the gratitude we feel for the superior service we have received since that first phone call. Every single one of your employees have been phenomenal and they each exemplify the true meaning of professionalism. My husband and I have been so impressed with everyone that we cannot stop talking about the “ best group of people” to have ever done work for us. And that is in any capacity. Each of the young men that were there that day were courteous and kind and meticulous in their attention to detail. We have been simply amazed by this and it is a testament to the company you run and your personal character that shows in every single person you employ. What a refreshing thing to see; especially in this day and time. I know how it feels to go unappreciated and I just wanted to make sure that everyone I met; Deanna, Cody, Shawn, Daniel, Corey, Zack, & the 2nd Cody are each fully aware of my gratitude.
